“Pera Plastic” is considered as one of the leading manufacturers of industrial packaging made of polypropylene fabric. The company was founded in 1996. Manufacturing base has been developing by increasing efficiency and production volumes since 2001. Currently “Pera Plastic” facilities are equipped with advanced technologies and modern equipment (“Starlinger”, Austria), which allows us to monitor production processes and quality of the products confirmed by all the necessary certificates, including certificate of compliance with ISO 9001:2015. “Pera Plastic Group” is a member of European Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container Association (EFIBCA).

Our products are manufactured at four plants with total capacity of about 3 000 000 open sacks, 3 000 000 valve sacks and 400 000 big-bags (FIBCs) per month. “Pera Plastic” can offer you a wide range of goods both for the final consumption (polypropylene open sacks and valve sacks, FIBCs) and for the intermediate consumption as inputs in the production of other goods (polypropylene fabric, webbing tape, yarn).

We pay careful attention to detail by so creating strong and convenient in use industrial packaging of desired shape and size to meet expectations of our customers. Construction features of each FIBC’s type manufactured by “Pera Plastic” correspond to characteristics of the product filled in (temperature and fraction, hazard class and food category), technical specifications of weigh loader, supposed method of FIBC’s storage and transportation both inside the customer’s warehouse and «warehouse to warehouse» as well as FIBC discharging mode and ergonomic aspects.

In addition to 4 manufacturing plants we have 6 sales offices, 3 warehouse complexes and an own truck fleet. All this allows us to produce and deliver our goods to large and small industrial consumers in CIS and Europe.

Woven polypropylene sacks are made inaccordance with the National Russian Standard GOST 32522-2013 "Woven polypropylene sacks" on modern Austrian equipment from virgin food-grade polypropylene. Width : 30 to 85 cm; Length: 35 to 125 cm; Surface density: 50 g/m2; Weave density: 34х34, 40х40 и 45х45 threads warp and weft on 10 cm2. We produce sacks with polyethylene liner for sugar packaging. There is selvedge at the mouth of the sack. PE liner is sewn in to the sack's bottom. Required by the consumer we can print an up to 6-colors logo on the sacks surface. On demand each sack could be labelled in accordance with Technical Regulation of the Customs Union on Safety of Packaging 005/2011 (Eurasian Conformity (EAC) 005/2011) or another Regulations. Maximum stacking capacity: 50 rows. The sack is nonskid even in the stack due to tight weaving. This product is manufactured from coated polypropylene fabric in accordance with the National Russian Standard GOST 32522-2013 "Polypropylene woven valvesacks" and GOST R 51720-2001 "Polymeric sacks" on modern Austrian equipment ad*starKON from virgin food-grade polypropylene.

1-, 2-loops FIBC (big-bags)

1- and 2-loops FIBCs (big-bags) are manufactured from polypropylene tubular fabric 120-200 cm width depending on logistic demands of the consumer.

FIBCs constructed by "Pera Plastic" with 5:1 Safety Factor are used for transportation of common bulk cargoes. For dangerous cargoes transportation we can offer you FIBCs with 6:1 Safety Factor as per the requirements of international and national standards for transportation of dangerous cargoes.

Loading capacity of FIBCs varies from 500 to 2000 kg.

All the FIBC's elements are UV- protected.

FIBCs have a contrasting laminated ruffle designed to prevent damage of the loop.

With a view to ensuring FIBC's core stability weare manufacturing FIBCs with the ratio of height to width/diameter not more than 2:1, otherwise container will be not stable.

On the request FIBC can be completed with suspended and heat-resistant polyethylene liner as well as protective covers.

4-loops FIBCs (big-bags)

"Pera Plastic" has all the necessary technical features to manufacture 4-loops FIBCs (big-bags) of demanded modification in strict accordance with technological specification of the customer. To response logistic needs we produce FIBCs of demanded geometric dimensions. On the request we can also manufacture a rectangular-shaped FIBC.

Most of FIBCs are made with 7:1 Safety Factor thereby exceeding requirements of international and national standards for transportation of dangerous (6:1 Safety Factor) and common bulk cargoes (5:1 Safety Factor).

The following FIBCs manufactured by "Pera Plastic" relate to 13H1 -13H4 UN certified Bulk Bag categories.

FIBCs are tested and certified by LABORDATA (Germany) and Certification Center "Kompozit-Test" (Russia) and meet the requirements of Technical Regulation of the Customs Union ТR CU 005/2011 и ISO 21898:2004(Е) par.5.3.1 (App. В) and par.5.3.2 (App. С).

4-loops FIBCs can be completed with formed and heat-resistant polyethylene liners.

Formed liners simplify FIBC preparation for use, allow to reduce the time operator is in contact with loading product and inner surface of the liner while loading/unloading works. Of high importance it is in cases when the loading productis poisonous or unhygienic. For bulk cargoes with high hygienic demands it is possible to produce liners with initially sealed mouths. Formed liners allow to improve loading/unloading capacity up to 2 times making operator's work easier. Internal space of FIBC with a formed liner is more spacious to compare with FIBCs with an usual PE liner. It can be fixed on FIBCs ribs in order not to fall down while unloading works.

CROSS CORNER loops FIBCs from tubular fabric.

Cross-corner loops FIBCs made from tubular fabric are known as strong and high stable FIBCs constructed with minimum seams and convenient for loading works.

FIBCs are specially made for transportation of fine fractional and dangerous cargoes to meet the UN requirements. The loops are sewn using special sewing machines to the strengthening strips on the FIBC's body.

Q-bag FIBCs (Form-stable FIBCs with strengthening ribs )

"Pera Plastic" manufactures 4-loops form-stable FIBCs of rectangular shape. This FIBC's is meant to optimize store space of the customer up to 30 %. In comparison with an usual FIBC this packaging type is more stable even in cases the loaded FIBC is of near-critical high dimensions.

Q-bag seams can be sealed with a cord to avoid spillage of fine fractional products.

You don't need a wooden pallet to operate with a Q'bag, wherefore the product filled in is always free from wood scraps.

Q-bags manufactured by "Pera Plastic" relate to 13H1 or 13H2 UN certified Bulk Bag categories.

FIBCs are tested and certified by LABORDATA (Germany) and Certification Center "Kompozit-Test" (Russia) and meet the requirements of Technical Regulation of the Customs Union ТR CU 005/2011 and ISO 21898:2004(Е) par.5.3.1 (App. В) and par.5.3.2 (App. С).

Q-bag of rectangular shape

Manufactured by "Pera Plastic" Q-bags filled with bulk product can be simply stored in 2 stable rows due to special construction of strengthening ribs. The container is loaded uniformly and as a result the product is evenly distributed inside the Q-bag without any height irregularities of loaded cargo level.

Static Protective FIBC (conductive, Type C)

"Pera Plastic" manufactures all the component parts including conductive electrostatic fabric to construct an conductive electrostatic FIBC (Type C-FIBC), which makes it possible to offer this product at the most attractive price in the Europe, CIS and the Customs Union. Conductive electrostatic properties are confirmed by "LABORDATA" (Germany).

While manufacturing each FIBC is verified on electrostatic classification by method IEC61340-4-4. Grounded Type C-FIBCs exclude the possibility of electrostatic discharge and can be used in ex-zones 1, 2, 21, 22.

The big-bag seams can be sealed with a cord to avoid spillage of fine fractional products.
